Very domesticated, good for multi-spore. Considered hardy to cooler temperatures, making it suitable to outdoor cultivation in a wider range. Once thought to be hybrid with P. azurescens, due to cap shape and marketing, but unlikely. Slow growth, but forgiving and hardy, good for beginners. Over its long history, others have been accidently labelled as B+, adding to confusion regarding characteristics. There have been reports of "dud batches" that have lower potency, though this strain is still rated as one of the most popular shrooms, so they are consistent and good enough. Associated with large initial flushes, followed by sparse flushes with large fruits. Prolific spore producer.
